WHAT TO DO AFTER MOTOR ACCIDENT

Stay calm. Avoid conflicts
Call the police immediately should there are any bodily injuries
Do not move away the vehicles before the police arrives
Take photo of the surroundings and damages
Be aware of the street name and the reason of the accident
Keep a record of the 3rd party driver's full name, HKID, phone number, address, car plate and the name of the insurance company
If available,write down any witness' name, address and phone number
Do not make any payment on indemnification before the insurer's agreement
Any violation on above reminders may result in a void policy

The vehicle owner and the driver must submit and sign an accident report to us within 7 days after the accident

Do not proceed to repair the vehicle before the insurer confirms and agrees on the quotation

Submit any documents or letters from the court or claims documents from 3rd parties
